🔨  Design and Implementation

Step-by-Step Process

Research and Learning: I dove into the "Level Up" tutorials and "Learn Live" sessions, immersing myself in the functionalities of Snap Lens Studio. This initial phase was about laying the groundwork and ensuring I had the technical skills to bring my ideas to life.

Troubleshooting and Feedback: Early on, I encountered significant technical issues with the quiz template's collection feature, which was essential for displaying outcomes correctly. Resolving this required not just technical skills but also the ability to seek out and incorporate feedback. I turned to the AR community and sought advice from seasoned experts, which led to substantial conceptual refinements.

Prototype Development: I experimented with various sports-themed prototypes, continually thinking about what engages people emotionally and socially. My goal was to create an experience that wasn't just fun but also encouraged kindness and camaraderie among users.

<aside> 💬 Challenges Overcome: The project presented several technical challenges right from the start, particularly with scripting in Lens Studio. However, by engaging with the community and leaning on expert advice, I was able to refine the interaction design significantly. This process was not just about overcoming technical barriers but also about learning to adapt and iterate on creative ideas.

🏆  Results and Reflection

User Interaction and Feedback

The lens was intentionally designed to spark sports-related discussions, encouraging users to strategize and debate over their ideal team compositions. This wasn't just about sports; it was about creating a shared space for laughter, debate, and connection—much like the discussions I've always enjoyed with my friends about who would make it onto our dream teams.
